2. REFUND POLICY

2.1 Refund for Withdrawal Due to Non-Delivery of Course:

The PEI will notify the Student within three (3) working days upon knowledge of any of the following:

• (i) It does not commence the Course on the Course Commencement Date;
• (ii) It terminates the Course before the Course Commencement Date;
• (iii) It does not complete the Course by the Course Completion Date;
• (iv) It terminates the Course before the Course Completion Date;
• (v) It has not ensured that the Student meets the course entry or matriculation requirement as set by the organisation stated in Schedule A within any stipulated timeline set by CPE; or
• (vi) The Student’s Pass application is rejected by Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

The Student should be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any), and

also be entitled to a refund of the entire Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees already

paid should the Student decide to withdraw, within seven (7) working days of the above

notice.

2.2 Refund for Withdrawal Due to Other Reasons:

If the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those stated in

Clause 2.1, the PEI will, within seven (7) working days of receiving the Student’s written

notice of withdrawal, refund to the Student an amount based on the table in Schedule D.

2.3 Refund During Cooling-Off Period:

The PEI will provide the Student with a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days after

the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties.

The Student will be refunded the highest percentage(stated in Schedule D)of the fees

already paid if the Student submits a written notice of withdrawal to the PEI within the

cooling-off period, regardless of whether the Student has started the course or not.

2.退款政策

2.1 退款 未 上 课程:

了解以下情况后，PEI将在三(3)个工作日内通知学生：

(i)未在课程开始日期开始课程；（ii）在课程开始日期之前终止课程；（ii

i）未在课程完成日期之前完成课程；（iv）在课程完成日期之前终止课程；

(v)它并没有确保学生符合附表中规定的组织所规定的课程入学或大学入学要求 A在CPE

设定的任何规定的时间线内；或

（vi）学生的通行证申请被入境及检查站拒绝

管理局（ICA）。

学生应以书面形式通知其他学习安排（如有），如果学生在上述通知后七(7)个工作日内

决定退出，并有权退还已支付的全部课程费用和杂项费用。

2.2 退款 由于 其他的 原因:

如果学生因第2条规定以外的任何原因退出本课程。1、PEI将在收到学生的书面退学通知

后的七(7)个工作日内，根据附表中的表格向学生退还一笔金额 D.

2.3 退款 冷 静 期 ：

PEI将为学生提供一个机会 ， 在 合 同 签 订 七 天 内 视 为 冷 静 期。合

同之日起之后。

学生将获得最高比例的退款 如果学生在冷静期内向PEI提交书面退出通知，无论学生

是否已经开始了该课程，退回已经支付的费用。
